Fertility Awareness
Our hormonal cycles are comparable to a monthly lunar cycle, while the male daily hormonal shifts are akin to the sun. We can learn the tell-tale signs of these hormone shifts to spot ovulation, and reveal clues about our greater health.
I’ve successfully used Fertility Awareness for over 8 years in my personal life to both avoid and achieve pregnancy, and am forever grateful for the insight it’s given me to my health and wellness.
I’m currently creating a workshop on the “Sympto-Thermal Method” of FAM (Fertility Awareness Method). This is not your Grandma’s rhythm method!

Labor and Birth Preparation
A satisfying labor and birth begins in the mind long before any contractions begin!
Through L&B Prep, we can talk through common events, interventions, pain management and coping strategies to normalize and quell fears surrounding birth; I can help you craft your birth preferences, plan your hospital bag, and be sure you have the support in place for a nurtured postpartum phase.
No matter your plans, most births include some amount of unmedicated time, often including early laboring at home. Unmedicated pain management can include hydrotherapy, comfort positions and movement, sacral counter pressure during contractions, hip squeezes, mediation, hypnobirthing, TENs machines, vagal toning, vocalizing, and so many other options!
Labor and Birth Support Package
Labor support is highly adaptive to the needs and preferences of the birthing person. In addition to the Preparation (as discussed above), my role can involve emotional, informational, and physical support as well as advocacy or helping you to self-advocate.
Includes:
1-2 x Prenatal Visits for Labor & Birth Prep
Hands on support during your labor and delivery
Call & Text Support
1 x Postpartum Visit
Postpartum Care
Postpartum Care is so much more than watching your child while you get some much needed sleep (though of course it can be that too!). I’m also happy to offer bodywork for swollen legs, make a nourishing meal, hold space for your birth story, normalize your experiences, and offer insight on newborn care and maternal healing. In most cultures the first 30, 40 or 90 days are considered a sacred time for you to connect with your baby, heal and be cared for by your community. I would be honored to be part of your support team during this sacred time.
